Some years ago I bought a Hasselblad H3D and one day it stopped working. I actually went to the Hasselblad stand at... Photokina in Cologne and asked the people from Hasselblad personally what to do with it, but the person responsible was out for lunch. No luck there. I then wrote to different big camera stores in all over Germany, but I didn't get any answer to the question if they repair Hasselblad H cameras or could suggest someone. I could totally understand them, it is a niche premium product that's also years old. I then found Hasselbladrepair on the web and wrote the same email, but this time in English (I live in Germany and actually didn't want to send it to another country). I got an answer within two hours not just with an answer but also with some ideas and points of solutions. He said if the camera still starts with a cable put to a computer then they could repair it for little money. I tried it and the camera actually started with the power from an old Mac book. I sent it to Hasselbladrepair and finally I can use my H3D again, after not being able to use it for around two years. So thanks for your extraordinary help and service!
